Finding Services

Head to the Browse page to see all available services. You can:

• Search - Type keywords to find what you need
• Filter by category - Design, Development, Marketing, etc.
• Filter by price - Set a min and max SOL amount
• Sort - By newest, top rated, or price

Service Pages

Click on any service to see the full details:

• Description - What the worker is offering
• Packages - Different tiers with different prices and deliverables
• Gallery - Images or videos showing their work
• Reviews - What other buyers have said
• Worker profile - Their rating, completed orders, and how long they have been on the platform

Packages Explained

Most services have multiple packages (like Basic, Standard, Premium). Each package has:

• A price in SOL
• A delivery time (how many days)
• A list of what is included

Pick the one that fits your needs and budget.

Placing an Order

1. Click Order Now on the service page
2. Select which package you want
3. Fill in any requirements the worker needs (project details, files, etc.)
4. Review the total price
5. Connect your wallet if you have not already
6. Click Pay and approve the transaction in your wallet

What Happens to Your Payment

When you pay, your SOL goes into escrow. The worker does not get it yet. This protects you:

• If the worker delivers and you approve, they get paid
• If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute

Tracking Your Order

After placing an order, you can track it from your Orders page. You will see:

• Order status - In Progress, Delivered, Completed, etc.
• Delivery countdown - How long until the deadline
• Chat - Message the worker directly on the order page

Reviewing Work

When the worker submits their delivery, you will get a notification. Go to the order page to see what they sent.

You have two options:

• Approve - You are happy with the work. Payment releases to the worker.
• Request Revision - Something needs to change. Send feedback and the worker will update it.

Auto-Complete

If you do not respond within 7 days of delivery, the order automatically completes and the worker gets paid. This prevents orders from sitting in limbo forever.

Leaving a Review

After approving an order, you can leave a review:

• Star rating (1-5 stars)
• Written comment (optional but helpful)

Reviews help other buyers know what to expect and help good workers build their reputation.

If Something Goes Wrong

Sometimes things do not work out. If the work is not delivered, not as described, or there is a problem you cannot resolve with the worker, you can open a dispute.
