Workrr guides

For Workers

Create services, manage orders, and get paid in SOL.

Creating a Service

To start earning, you need to create at least one service. Go to your Dashboard and click Create Service.

What to Fill Out

  • Title - What you are offering. Keep it clear and specific.
  • Description - Explain what buyers get, your process, and any requirements
  • Category - Pick the most relevant category
  • Images/Video - Show examples of your work. Good visuals help you stand out.

Setting Up Packages

Each service can have multiple packages. For each one, set:

  • Package name - Like Basic, Standard, Premium or whatever makes sense
  • Price - How much in SOL
  • Delivery time - How many days you need
  • What is included - List out the deliverables

Tip: Start with one package. You can always add more later.

Publishing

Once everything looks good, publish your service. It will show up in the marketplace and buyers can start ordering.

You can unpublish anytime if you need to pause orders.

Receiving Orders

When someone orders your service:

  1. You get a notification
  2. The order shows up in your Dashboard under Customer Orders
  3. Payment is already in escrow (the buyer paid when they ordered)

Check the order page to see what the buyer requested and any files they attached.

Delivering Work

When your work is ready:

  1. Go to the order page
  2. Click Submit Delivery
  3. Add a message explaining what you are delivering
  4. Upload any files (images, PDFs, ZIPs, etc.)
  5. Submit

The buyer gets notified and can review your delivery.

Handling Revisions

If the buyer requests changes:

  • Read their feedback on the order page
  • Make the updates
  • Submit a new delivery

Stay communicative. Most revision requests are just small tweaks.

Getting Paid

When the buyer approves your delivery (or the order auto-completes after 7 days), payment goes directly to your connected wallet.

There is no withdrawal step. SOL just shows up in your wallet.

Platform Fee

Workrr takes a 10% fee on each order. So if an order is 1 SOL, you receive 0.9 SOL.

The fee covers platform maintenance, escrow protection, and dispute resolution.

Tracking Earnings

Check your Earnings page to see:

  • Total earned (all time)
  • This month's earnings
  • Pending earnings (from active orders)
  • Transaction history with links to Solscan

Building Your Reputation

Your profile shows:

  • Star rating - Average of all your reviews
  • Completed orders - How many you have finished
  • Member since - When you joined
  • Response time - How quickly you reply

Good reviews and fast responses help you get more orders. Deliver quality work on time and your reputation will grow.

Tips for Success

  • Be specific in your service description. Vague listings do not convert.
  • Show your work. Upload real examples in the gallery.
  • Price fairly. Too low and buyers might doubt quality. Too high and they will look elsewhere.
  • Communicate. Keep buyers updated, especially if there are delays.
  • Deliver on time. Late deliveries hurt your reputation.
